Can I support a specific initiative?

Yes, you can share your preferred initiative when contacting TRF. We will confirm how your contribution can support that purpose before making arrangements.

What information should I provide for donated items?

Include a description, quantity, condition, and availability. Please wait for confirmation from TRF before arranging delivery or drop-off.

Can my business donate goods or services?

Yes. Businesses can offer supplies, equipment, refreshments, printing, professional services, space, or sponsorship support. Acceptance depends on current program needs and suitability.

Can I request a donation acknowledgment?

You may request an acknowledgment for an accepted contribution. For donated goods, retain your own records of their value. An acknowledgment does not guarantee tax deductibility.

How can I become a sponsor?

Complete the Get Involved form and tell us which program or event you would like to support. TRF will follow up about current opportunities and any agreed recognition.
